When the first Two Days in May conference was held in 1991, crime victim services was a field just beginning to gain momentum. Today, victim advocates play an integral role in our communities and within the criminal justice system.
Two Days in May is an annual training event where victim advocates from around the state receive updates about best practices, trends, and developments in the field, network with colleagues who also care about victims, and honor those who are doing exceptional work.
The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is continuing a proud tradition by sponsoring our 28th annual Two Days in May Conference on Victim Assistance. At this year’s event, we will offer an array of professional development opportunities for victim advocates, who nobly serve their communities and the criminal justice system. “Hidden Victims, Hidden Crime” is the theme for the 2019 conference.
The deadline to register for this year’s event is Thursday, May 16 or when we reach capacity. Thank you for dedicating your career to serving and assisting victims of crime. We look forward to joining you at the 28th edition of the Two Days in May Conference.
