The Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities Agency (OOD) serves Ohioans with disabilities so that they may achieve quality employment, independence, and disability determination outcomes.

OOD is comprised of three branches. Both the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR) and Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired (BSVI) help individuals with disabilities live independently and obtain or retain a job.

The Division of Disability Determination (DDD) determines eligibility for Social Security Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income for those unable to work.
