Ohio experiences many different types of weather, from tornadoes, thunderstorms, and flooding to snow, ice, and extreme cold. The Ohio Committee for Severe Weather Awareness is a multi-agency partnership to educate Ohioans about the natural disasters that typically affect the state and encourage individuals to plan and prepare for severe weather incidents and home emergencies before they happen.
