Extended unemployment benefits are not available at this time. However, Ohio has many other sources of help. Visit benefits.ohio.gov for more information.
Ohio doesn't have local unemployment offices, but you can visit your county's OhioMeansJobs center for help finding a job.
To restart your claim, log into your account at unemployment.ohio.gov or call (877) 644-6562 during the first week you are unemployed. If you restart your claim online, you will need your PIN.
You can repay your overpayment online by credit card or bank draft, or by sending a check or money order by mail. Learn more about repayment.
You can reset your PIN online or by calling the PIN reset hotline at (866) 962-4064. If you need to add an email to your account or update your email address, call (877) 644-6562.
Simply stop filing weekly claims. If you become unemployed again or wish to file for unemployment later, you can do so at unemployment.ohio.gov or by calling (877) 644-6562.

If you chose to be paid unemployment benefits by debit card, you will receive a U.S. Bank ReliaCard Visa.
