This feature helps our customers get new server accounts and/or update
their existing accounts. This Site helps by:

Giving the Customers the Ability to create a profile to get access to a
particular directory on the Ohio Server

For Existing Customers, It provides them the ability to update and/or change
their information and access to the Ohio Server

This application will also help the customer request new or extentions to
already existing Ohio Server Accounts
Please Follow the steps provided to get yourself setup with an account and a
profile on the Application.

In the Left Nav click on LogIn
to Access Account.

The Next Page will provide a list of options that you can choose to proceed. If
You are a first time user and currently do not have an account then click on Request
New Account. For Users that currently have an account and need to renew
it please click on Account Renewal Request
If you are requesting a renewal for an account and upon entering the first and
last name you cannot log into the system, that means that we do not have you in
the database. In that case, click on the link Return to main menu and
then click on the link Request New account. This will not mean that
you will have a new account, but just that your information will now exist in
the database. This simply means that for some reason your name was missing in
the database.

Once you are in the Application you will be required to enter your First and
Last name. Which will then take you to the appropriate form to fill out. Once
the Form is filled and submitted your request will be sent to us and will be
processed. When completed you shall receive an email from John Ricevuto in
regards to your request.
